I was born at Evanston Hospital on June 24‚ 1960. I believe the doctor was Dr. August Durso. I was placed with Catholic Charities/St. Vincent’s Orphanage and placed with my adopted parents on August 29‚ 1960. I have been in contact with my birth mother but I am trying to find information on my birth father. I am told his name is/was Lonnie Vance..and he originally is from West Virginia. My birth mother did not know what became of him after my birth.
