This was a private adoption thru M. Pyster , attorney. Mother was 17 or 18, believed to be Irish & working as a maid. Hospital was a Catholic hospital in Cook County,Chicago. October 1950. Baby was given at 3 days old after a premature birth. Might be confusion between names of mother (Dorothy) and baby (Cathleen) and names need to be reversed.
