My father was adopted. He was born in Mount Sinai Hospital In Chicago on feb 19th 1961. Apparently when my Dad went to the hospital later on in life he was told his records caught fire 🔥 and there is no info. His mother was only 16 years old when she birthed him. That’s all we know. He was sent to an orphanage in Chicago ( it has since closed down so we can’t obtain information from the orphanage.) My father was adopted by a Swedish couple Glen and Rose Pearson. They named him David Edward Pearson. My father was told by many people that the mob had something to do with not being able to obtain information. I’m tired of the secrets. My father is in his 50s now, and I need to know not just for my fathers sake, but for my sake. What nationality am I? What type of health issues does his family have ? What do they look like? Do I resemble my real Grandmother? Is she even still alive? What happened to my Dads father? Is he even alive? I’m so frustrated! Our family is frustrated that we can’t find anything about his family anywhere. We are not Swedish. My father is olive skinned and looks Italian. Ugh! Help us please!
