I am looking for biological grandparents or any other family member. Was dad was adopted immediately at birth. The bio moms maiden last name is Bell and she worked with my grandma at The Illinois Bell Telephone Company. His bio father struggled with drugs and alcohol and I think he was a miner. Possible relation to Cooper’s? It was a closed adoption. He was born in a hospital in Rockford‚ Illinois. The dr used forceps to get him out and he had a black eye from it.
