My brother was born on Nov. 29, 1963. He was adopted out through the Rockford catholic charities . His case worker was a Lisa Ferris His catholic charity number was #M64-34. His original birth certificate in Kane county #112630382263 never said what hospital but we believe he was born at .st. Joseph’s Hospital on lake at. It is no longer there. His name on the original certificate was Joseph McAlister, then it was changed to Patrick David Jude Wells. Patrick was born at St. Marys church in DeKalb on 9/17/64 by Father McGinn. Father Millen was possibly in charge he knew everyone on the hospital and was the Chaplin where my mother was an rn. He has passed also. Patrick’s adopted parents RE HERMAN AND Geraine Wells. In Aurora, il and moved to St. Petersburg, fl. It is very i,portant that I talk with his parents! Beth Zambito
