Birth mother’s name was Ellen Steckel born 9/14/51. My brother could’ve possibly been born in Aurora (Copley Hospital) or Chicago Illinois. From those that were close to my mom, they say this boy could’ve been born in the spring of 1970. Not 100% sure on that accuracy. My best and broadest range for time of birth would be Sept 1969 - May 1970. I believe the adoption took place through an attorney.
