I was born at Lewis memorial maternity hospital on January 16 1960. My mother’s maiden name is Ellen Rose Lee from Indianapolis IN. She was 19 years old when she gave me up for adoption to Catholic charities. She named me Suellen Lee, but my adopted parents changed my name. My mother was going to school to be a nurse while working part time at a shoe store, where she met my father. My father was married and had children, so that is why she gave me up for adoption. She was 19 and he was 25. She came to Chicago to put me up for adoption then word is she went back home to IN. Catholic charities laws just changed where I was able to obtain my original birth certificate to find all the new information I know now about my birth mother. Was told she had 4/5 sisters. Looking for any sort of help. Been looking for her my whole life and now I finally have something.
