A little bit about me .. I was born in Peoria, IL at Methodist Medical Center in 1978. My birth mother’s name is Sharon Jean Nichols and I believe that my birth father’s last name is Leland, seeing that is the only name listed in the child info on my birth certificate. I have an older half brother, that was put up for adoption as well. We have since been reunited and now are searching for our 2 birth sisters, mother, father or any other family member. My birth mom was 32, worked in a factory as a secretary. My birth father was 34 and a boiler maker. My oldest half sister was born in 1965 and my other half sister was born in 1970. I don’t know where they were born but am pretty sure they were born in IL. I was adopted through Counseling and Family Services, located in Peoria, IL. My birth brother was adopted in Morton, IL. We believe that our birth mother was born and grew up in the Pekin, IL area.
