I’m searching for the birth parents of my daughter’s father, he was born December 25th 1979 Carbondale Illinois. What I have been told is that his mother was in college and his father was in high school. In December of 82 the mother contacted Lutheran Child and Family Services in Belleville wanting to know how the baby doing, and she had been thinking about him and hoping he was healthy, She also asked for a picture... that is all the information I have about his birth parents
