My name is Ryan Bowling‚ I was adopted in Lake county Illinois in 1981. I have only recently found out any information about my birth parents and now only have their names.I am looking for any siblings from my birth parents. Valerie Jean Streit Allen and Bobby Wayne Allen. Both were in Mcherny county Illinois. I have found information stating that there were 2 siblings in a court case in 1987. Their names at that time were Bobby Allen Jr. and Rudy Allen. Parental rights were terminated‚ so I don’t know for sure but I think they were adopted.
