I have been looking for information on my birth parents for years . I have my original birth certificate ,but when I filed for a coppy I was told it is a fake . Me and my children have a few medical concerns I would like to find out about. I keep comming up st a dead end and getting older ,hope you can help us. I was born in chicago at Mercy Hospital to a 27 year old M as ry Virginia O’Meara no dads name the address given for mother was to one Misericordia home . I arrived at James L Blackburn & Vivian L Blackburn at age of 22 months. Went to school under the name of Veronica Blackburn or Vicki Blackburn . The Blackburns divorce around 1972 and I went with Vivian and was legally adopted by her at that time in Cook County Illinois. The only thing I can remember is that it took sum time because my birth mom and my adopted mom had the same median name of Smith .
