I was adopted in 1960, my new birth certificate was issued on June 21, 1960. I was born at Great Lakes Naval. My adopted birth certificate states was registered in Lake County. My birth number is 112-55-034459. My birth date is 04/12/1955. Patti Witwer is my adopted name however I was born Patti Jane Paschke to parents Frank Edward Paschke (dob) 11/15/1921 now deceased and my mother was Mary Jo Pascke (dob) 11/30/1921. My birth father was also in military stationed at Great Lakes. I am looking for my orginial birth certificate. I knew my birth father and 3 sisters but looking for my birth mother information. both my birth parents are deceased as well my adoptive parents.
