Looking for a Frank Beltran (Fracisco) who may have been around the age of 25 in 1959 and residing in Chicago at that time. I was adopted through Catholic Charities, born at Lewis Memorial Maternity Hospital on 11/09/ 1959. My birth certificate is a lie nothing to go on there. My highest DNA match is a second cousin and is someone with the last name Beltran and who will not help me and his family tree is unlinked. So my existence has been a lie heck did not even know I was Puerto Rican till last year.....thought I was Italian and Polish like what was originally told to me by Catholic Charities back in 1979. Any help would be appreciated. The IL confidential intermediary told me a few weeks ago there was nothing more they could do for me after a year of working with them. Dont know where else to turn.
