According to my birth certificate I was born on May 3‚ 1972 at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago‚ Illinois. I have memories of my birth parents and family but I can’t remember what my original name was‚ just that my name was changed. Due to circumstances‚ the paperwork and dates may not be an exact match. I do not look like any of my adoptive family members and I am not a biological match for any of them. Some "distant cousins" may possibly know of me. I just want to find my family‚ please help me.
