Biracial (black and white) girl born at St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, IL. Father is black (18 years old at the time), mother is white (17 years old at the time). Adoption agency was The Baby Fold in Bloomington, IL and counselor was Barb O’Neil. She was adopted by a biracial couple (mother was black and father was white). When she was 13 I received a letter (the last letter or contact I have had) from her father and he said they had divorced. Adopted girl’s last photos show her hair to have a lot of red and very curly/wirey. I was not allowed to know where the adoptive family lived so I don’t know where she lived(s).
