I was born June 5, 1957 at 12:07pm at Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. I only recently found out I could obtain a copy of my original birth certificate. I found that I was given the name Christine Marie Forquer and my birth mother and birth father both resided in California. It appears that my birth mother was then sent to Peoria when she was 7 months along and resided at the Florence Crittendon home for unwed mothers until my birth. My mother was 19 and my father was 25, and according to the birth cert, he was employed by Motorola. It also appears that I have an older sibling. I would be grateful for any information!!!!
