I am looking for both of my biologigal parents. Joyce Lynn Bartz and Raul Gomez. Joyce would be 57 years old as of 2009 and Raul would be 59. I was born on May 7th‚ 1968 at what was formerly known as Illinois Research Hospital in Chicago Illinois. Some background information includes.... Mothers Race: Caucasian Nationality: Polish Religion: Roman Catholic Education: High School Age at the time of my birth: 16 years old. Fathers information... Name: Raul Gomez Race: Caucasian Nationality: Guatamalean Religion: Roman Catholic Education: Some college Age at the time of my birth: 18 years old. I was placed in a foster home on September 23rd‚ 1968. I do not have any information about the foster home I was placed in at that time. I am seeking a reunion with one or both parents if at all possible‚ as soon as possible! A partial reasons for this reunion include trying to gather information on medical history.
