I am trying to help my stepmother Cindy find her birth parents‚ she has found a half sister named angel has been given a few things about her father like his name ‚ Joseph Santiago and that she also had a little brother who was adopted out as well. She was born feburary 2nd 1966 ‚ at a cook county hospital‚ she was raised for 3 years when‚ her and her baby brother were adopted out. She has always wondered about her biological family. I’ve been googling so much to try to find at least her father but i cannot find the right one‚ and her half sister must have a very busy life. She has also found a 1st cousin and a first cousin once removed but unfortunatly no one is getting back to me so I thought I would reach out on here to see if theres anything i can find. Fathers name has been given to her‚ Joseph Saintago‚ cannot find which joseph it would be as her half sister Angel ( found via 23 and me) only had some information not much about him.
