Hello - In 1969 I was stationed at Scott Air Force Base in Bellevue‚ IL. I was told I was the father of an unborn child. I was unsure if this was true and I signed off all rights to this child. It has come to light that I was actually the father through DNA results connecting me to a grandchild who was adopted so he does not know his bio parents. I am not sure if my child was put up for adoption or raised by the mother. I can not remember the mothers name. I do know that the child in question put a baby up for adoption. This baby was born at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Springs‚ Maryland in March‚ 1989
