I believe I was born at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. The adoption agency that handled it was Covenant Children’s Home. The doctor’s name who delivered me was Bijan Ghorbani(I hope I spelled that right). The non-identifying information said my birth mother was in her thirties and a mother of an already two year old child, and she was of German, Irish, and French descent, my birth father was of German descent. On my adoption decree I was referred to as Baby Girl Rice.
