I was born on December 20th‚ 1974. I was delivered by Dr. Carl P. Mattioda at St.Marys Hospital in Streator Illinois. Dr. Mattioda was also my adoptive mothers Ob/Gyn. Mt adoptive mother had three miscarriages before deciding to try and adopt a child. Robert T. Swengel was the attorney who handled the adoption. His law office was in Henry‚ Illinois located in Marshall County. I went home from the hospital with my adoptive parents on December 24th‚ 1974.
