I am searching for my older brother‚ who was born at the Naval base in Key West‚ FL in 1957 or 1958. His birth mother was Marjorie Tubbs (born 04-13-1937) and Charles Wayne Kamps Sr. We were given up for adoption by our birth father‚ after being abandoned by our birth mother‚ near the Great Lakes Naval Base in Illinois. There was a younger son named Kevin (born in August 1960). Charles Wayne Kamps Sr. is now deceased. Have not been able to find any information on our birth mother. Desperately trying to find my older brother so we can be reunited with our younger brother.
