Hi‚ I was born at St Francis hospital in Peoria ll. The attorney that handled the adoption was Joseph Napoli from Peoria‚ there was also a doctor who was involved in this process as well and he was Anthony Ierulli‚ also from Peoria. My birth mothers last name is GENTRY and I believe she lived in a Mobile Home park in Spring Bay Illinois. I was also told she was 18 when she gave birth to me but am not totally positive that is correct information. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!!!!!
