I was 16 years old and gave birth at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield IL. I gave birth on November 16, 1977 and I was allowed to see him and gave him a bracelet that had Brian Michael on it and on the back, love mom and the date. I also knitted him a blanket with many pastel colors in it. He was slightly premature and was transferred to another hospital. I signed termination of my rights under pressure from my family 72 hours after he was born.
