I gave birth around 8pm the evening of July 19th, 1979 to a boy. He was adopted by an out of state couple. The papers were signed the third day after he was born. I gave the lawyer a letter to give to the parents that I requested they give to him when he’s old enough to read. He was born at Hinsdale Hospital in Hinsdale, IL. I kept his foot prints from when he was born. My maiden name was Farrell and I’m not Frankowski. Jean T Farrell and I lived in Lisle, Illinois at the time of the birth.
