It’s with a heavy heart that I reached out to this agency for help and assistance in finding my biological family. I’m currently 46 yes of age and more only hope is to link my blood line for the sanity of my own self. There isn’t any thing that I am in search of and my intentions are for the only perpose of identity. I am not seeking to be accepted nor am I looking for any type of hand outs. I lived in the Northern part of Illinois till the age of 27 and then established a home in the central part of Oklahoma. In my years I gave birth to 3 beautiful babies and as of today only one remains in the living. My only regret was I didn’t play harder with them as children‚ as they are the truest loves I could of ever desired. As a small child I would ride with my adopted dad’s mother to small farms to pick our own produce. We would ride on a bus and every time we would pass through Dixon Illinois my nonny would point out this small waterfall where she would tell me this little story of how she found me at the end of rainbow just beneath the waterfall and she would love and and care for me through my years and past the years. She made my heart feel full of joy. It wasn’t until I became a young adult that I would realize that the waterfall was aside the very court house that my adoption was finalized at. I don’t put more thought into it but that it was gentle way of allowing me the knowledge she knew one day I would understand. RIP to the most beautiful Nonny I could have ever been blessed with.
