update below on May 17, 2017 - I am searching for my birth parents, i do not have a birth certificate, only a certificate of live birth. I was adopted between the ages of 1-2 There are no names on the certificate that I have. I was born in Berwyn Il on December 19, 1970, as it states on the certificate. i was told that , the Grandmother or my biological mother was a waitress, and my adoptive parents were told that I was living in terrible living conditions, whether this is true, i do not know. It was done as a private adoption Update 5/17/2017 We tried to get an original birth certificate and received a letter stating they cant find one, so the birth date could possibly be wrong, also I am 6’3 hazel eyes and light brown-medium brown hair (balding)
