I am looking for my biological maternal grandmother. My mom was born 12-3-1962 at 7:53am at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield Illinois. She was born Baby Girl Miller and adopted 10 days later. The name of her mother on the BC is Mary Miller born in East St. Louis. She was adopted through catholic charlities in Springfield. I dont have much more information other then her biological mother was 19 and in college. Any help will be great.
