Birth mother or father. I was born July 14‚ 1961 at Rockford Memorial Hospital I believe I weighed 8 lbs. My birth mother was 5' and weighed 140lbs. She is listed as being 1/2 French and 1/2 Irish with my father being Swedish. She was 32 at the time of my birth and was employed by General Telephone. They were unmarried. I was adopted through Catholic Charities‚ I spent 2 weeks at a foster home before my adoptive parents took me home. There was a short letter from the foster home to my adoptive parents that talked about me sleeping with my ear bent forward. There was no signature. I would like to get my medical history as well as any other information.
