I am searching for my son, who was born at Freeport Memorial Hospital in Freeport, Illinois on Jan. 2, 1986. I named him Timothy Matthew Lundquist at birth, but I’m sure his name would be different now. He was placed for adoption through LDS Social Services in Naperville, Illinois. The agent’s name was Mark Glade. I was told that my baby was being adopted out of Illinois, but I do not remember which Midwestern state it was. He was placed in foster care for 2 weeks before being received by his adoptive family, which is why I gave him a name first. He should have been given a handwritten letter from me on or after his 16th birthday. I also sent him a white teddy bear. I hope to find him soon. I hope he is happy.
