she was named by the hospital (st mary’s) mary carter in galesburg‚ IL. she was born at 12:15 and for some reason i think it was the 21st. i have trouble with the date. she was beautiful baby and i had had to fight to even see her and really wanted to hold her but they wouldn’t let me. it was a catholic adoption agency from there and they said they had a family that really wanted to adopt her. her father was a policeman from indianapolis- michael brown and he wasn’t interested which shocked me. if i had any means to support her i would have kept her happily. i felt empty arms for years afterwards. i would had killed to see her. and sent her a letter and pictures of me when she was born and her brother and sister. i still love her deeply and would love to meet her and her family. i still live where i did when i sent her the letter. your mother patricia munoz
