I have the numbers.. certificate of birth filed #672158 birth # 112-55-672158 filed 10/10/1955 date of certificate 9-11-58 also on the certificate of birth are VS&R183c This is my aunts certificate of birth. My mother and her where adopted together as sister. My mother is deceased and I do not have her certificate of birth.
