I’m looking to find my birth parent/parents or any living family. I was told I do have siblings before and or after my birth. I was born in Cook County Hospital in Chicago Illinois. I was adopted 3 months after birth also in Chicago‚ Illinois and my birth name was changed. The adoption was through Lutheran Child and Family Services.
