The agency used was " The love basket" located in an primary buisness which is unknown offered as a secondary service, on Johnson road in Granite City ,illinois madison county united states. The love basket has over the years ceased to exist to my understanding having an environmental accident such as a flood or fire in which the records were all lost. We know the given birth name on the first birth certificate and the first and middle name via the second adoptive birth certificate. She was born in wood river Il. At the local hospital. The adoption was closed however with the understanding and requirement that the adoptee always be informed once mature enough that she was adopted and why also an opportunity of writing a letter for her to someday open and read from the birth mother was written. Both stipulations were understood and agreed upon by all parties involved however if the story was ever told and or letter ever given or recieved by adoptee is unknown.
