Jamie was told that she was born in Tillamook Oregon hospital. She was also told that she was found in a car in Tillamook Oregon and was taken to the hospital malnutrition and dehydrated. I am Jamie’s Aunt and I remember that she was left in a car in Grangeville Idaho. She has been in foster care I believe in the Idaho area. Jamie’s adopted family lived in Weippe Idaho when she was adopted. She was about 9 months old when they got her. I am not sure when the adoption was final. I think the birth family name was Kaiser??
