I would love to get in contact with my birth parents. At the very least I’d like a picture to see if I look like my birth parents and be able to put a face to the person/people I’ve thought of so much while growing up. The only thing that I know about them is that my Birth mother was 16 when I was born and the doctor listed on my Birth Certificate is Dr Kerry Lowder from Boise ID.
