My son was born on 6-22-93. He was born in Idaho. I was under the impression by his adoptive parents (Kim and Scott Anderson) that they lived in Alabama. I had spoken with Kim a few times throughout my pregnancy. It’s a long story but the attorney that they used is Joseph Welch(He has a practice in Boise,Idaho). Joseph Welch knew my mother through work.He slipped one day and called him Kevin to my mom and my mom told me that Kim and Scott named him Kevin. I have approached Joseph Welch three times after "Kevin" (who I named Anthony) had turned 18. He told me that he doesn’t do out of state adoptions yet he did. I’m not sure if hes withholding information from me but if I understand it correctly he should atleast be willing to notify Kim and Scott that I want to make contact with my son. It was supposed to be an open adoption so I could see how he was doing throughout his life. When he was just one year old Kim and Scott cut off all communication through a letter. My son would’ve turned 24 this year.
