My girlfriend was left at the Yiyang Children’s Welfare Institute when she was born. She was left on the steps with only a birthday written on a piece of paper tied to her wrist that stated January 12th‚ 2002 and a name "Yonghang". She was left on approximately January 15th‚ 2002.This was during the one child policy.
