Looking for a sibling that was put up for adoption possibly two years before I was born in 1989 Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Her name was originally Patricia Elvir and she was adopted into Canada they have told me the families name is Reap, Ripoll, Reapeau (we don’t know how it’s correctly spelled) She was adopted into a family that had another adopted boy I have a picture of the family from the early 90’s.
