Hi I am trying to find an EDITH DOREEN MORRIS She may of remarried and have a different surname. I am looking on behalf of my friend Maggie Ainge (now married name Maggie Bowers) original birth name ANN ELIZABETH MORRIS. Maggie was born the Daughter of Edith at LUTON Hospital in BEDFORD and named Ann Elizabeth Morris on 1st August 1955. She doesn’t have any details on her birth mother Edith, other than her name, we assume that she must’ve been from around the Luton Bedford area as that is the hospital where Maggie/Ann was born. Maggie has no idea whether she remained with her birth mother or what happened to her between the day she was born and one year later where she was adopted by MARGARET & FREDRICK AINGE on 24th august 1956 at WATFORD juvenile court. Maggie is 66 now, so understands it may be too late to find her birth mother, or that if she is still alive there’s the possibility that she might not want contact. However, Maggie/Ann, is poorly and one of the things she would like to do before anything bad happens to her is peice together where she came from. And to see if she maybe has family out there.
