I am searching for my adopted son's birth parents and/or any siblings he may have. He was abandoned in Louyang at approximately 2-3 months of age. He was born with a cleft lip palate. The hospital staff gave him the name Guoyao and the orphanage gave him the last name of Dang. I adopted him in 2006‚ at the age of 3 1/2. No note was with him when he was left but he was left in front of a police station.
