Jason Michael Farrell was my son. He was born at the Waipukurau maternity home on 29th January 1981. Brenda Waring who was a councillor / adoption officer was responsible for finding suitable home with loving parents for Jason. Brenda worked out of Hastings. The new parents named him Peter. He was adopted by people in Napier New Zealand and got a big sister who was about 3 or 4 at the time. I was told that his father was a lawyer. The adoption papers were signed within a month of his birth with a lawyer by the name of David Dicks who was based in Waipukurau. I used to send messages and gifts through Brenda Waring however the parents asked for that to cease. When Brenda retired / passed away I lost the only link I had to Michael.
