Im helping my friend Vernon Robert Alarcon all he know is when he was 4 a lady named Connie Alarcon Adopted him from a orphanage in Hawaii then moving him to California. He has no family his mother passed away many years ago and was a single parent never had a father in his life. Was thinking might be easier since it was rare to see a single women adopt .
