Aloha, My name is Dawn kanoelani kay and I am the mother of Chanel Leilani kay who was born at kapiolani hospital on August 25th 2001. Chanel was taken from me at birth by Child Protective Services. The reason for that is because I was tested positive for methaphatimie.. Anyways soon after that I was in the process of trying to get my daughter back, but then later I got arrested and went to prison. Ever since then I’ve been trying to find her. The adoption agency told me that I have to wait till she reaches 18 yrs. Old and that it is up to her if she wants to meet me then. Well now she’s 19yrs.
