Aloha, My name is Dawn Kanoelani Kay, and I’m looking for my daughter Chanel Leilani Kay that was her birth name but I think her adopted parents changed her name. Chanel was born on August 25th 2001 at Kapiolani hospital for women and children’s. Anyways to make a long story short I was told by the adoption agency that it was up to chanel if she wants to know or meet me. Not until she makes 18yrs old. I’ve been waiting 19yrs for this day come. Chanel is now 19yrs old and I just want to know her before anything happens to me.
