My name is Ann French (Moyes). My daughter who I named Nicola French, was born in St Mary’s Hospital, Portsmouth on 10th March 1965. I looked after her for the 10 days I was in hospital and then she was taken away by the Adoption Services. I don’t remember much about that time as I felt so numb but I understand I went to sign the adoption papers 6 weeks later.
