My Mother was born in Winchfield Hospital . On her birth certificate it says for her mothers name Louie Mullin otherwise Fletcher Domestic servant of Appleby House,Tongham, Surrey. She was adopted by Mrs Emma Beatrice Innes Harmes (known as Trixi) of Hartley Wintney, Hants. The adoption took place in the Sessional court in Odiham Hampshire. These are the known facts . She believes the father was a tall Irish chef at a hotel near by. Louie was a seamtress, Emma had a baby in the hospital at the same time but the baby died thus mum being adopted. My mother now 80 yrs has been looking all her life for her birth mother and believes she must have other family to meet. If your out there we are a nice bunch and would dearly love to meet you.
