My uncle‚ adopted at birth. Born 1959. I am looking for my uncle‚ who may have been born ’David McKenna’ at birth. Born 1959 in Wiltshire to my grandparents‚ David Tiller and Mary McKenna. They were not married and they had ’David’ out of wedlock‚ which was very frowned upon back then. He was subsequently given up for adoption‚ and my grandparents have now passed away so cannot ask about any details. I uploaded My AncestryDNA test data onto MyHeritage and a match for my possible uncle popped up‚ and my mother’s DNA test also confirmed that they are 100% siblings. His name however was ’Richard Windsor’‚ indicating his adoptive parents changed his name. However‚ many attempts to message him on MyHeritage was met with nothing. The most I can see on his family tree (which is private‚ so cannot see names) is that his parents and grandparents are deceased. So‚ I am trying other avenues.
