I am searching for my cousin. He was born in Germany in 1952 to a German mother and African American father. His mother’s name was Jeanette Hug. The person I am looking for is Melvin Adolphus Hug. He was named after his father, who is my paternal uncle, Melvin Adolphus Jeffries who was stationed in Germany during this time.
