I was adopted when I was 5 months old. While I was in the process of being adopted I was at Eagle’s Nest in Guatemala, I have been told that my mom worked at Eagle’s Nest while I was there. My adoptive parents meet my birth mother and my sister that was two at the time. My adoptive parents were in their hotel room on May 5, 2001 when they heard knocking on the door. My mom looked out of the peep hole and saw my face. My mom said my birth mom was beautiful and so was my sister. I have videos of my birth mom and the whole trip of my parents coming to get me. I will be going back to Guatemala in the summer of 2019. This trip has been something I have been wanting to do ever since I was little, I will be going to the children’s home that I am from. If there is anyway I would love to meet my birth mom, older sister, and any other siblings. I would also just love to know that my family is doing okay. Thank you so much!
